  7. Collection of Sounds

    September 5, 2010 by admin

Audiboo is a Smartphone application set to record sounds and any other audible entities stored and uploaded in the said devices; it is like a digital recorder when you could automatically share those sounds you have recorded. Today, Audiboo is recommended to be used by any interested British sound enthusiats to actually record and upload any sound within the vicinity as British Library has colaborated with one of Britain’s most well known technology start up companies to create an interactive sound map of the UK. The map was said to be a library, a collection of sounds put into one site as for interested users to enjoy; as long as the quality of an uploaded sound will be approved, then your recorded item will be available on the library. The BBC News article also provided some examples such as those 4 minutes running sound recording of water falls and the sound of pigs over farm near Bath, sounds which they presumed will be distinct and might be endangered in the near future.

As for us outside United Kingdom territories, we could get a wonderfully idea over this sound map they are developing; we can make our own sound libraries aside and instead of the usual photo albums and frames we make for our keepsake’s purposes.

The farming game offers you a character whom you can actually create and remake exactly the way you want it to look like, it will be your avatar partner used for the entire time you are playing. The simple goal of the game is to live like a farmer, buying stuff, planting seeds, fertilizing and watering, and all those simple tasks only made exciting with the presence of your online neighbors and friends and all those cutty cute goodies you could actually own through online cash paying. Though seems ridiculous, some Farmville farmers has already spent that much buying seeds and other products from the virtual world, plus, the game is a time stealer i truly assure you.

There are other games like farmvile and lot of other games providing a virtual world separate from the actual.
